Term and Conditions

1. Booking And Confirmation
• All bookings must be made in advance via WhatsApp, our website booking form, or email.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team.

2. Payments•
Payment can be made in cash (IDR) to the driver on the day of service.

3. Cancellation Fees
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to client pick-up.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the total payment.

4. Service Duration and Overtime Charge
• The service duration is 10 hours; exceeding this limit will incur an additional hourly charge of 10% of the service fee.
